USB Pen Drive Access Is Denied |
Question: I put my pen drive into the USB port and open 'my computer'. When I double click on the pen drive, a message comes up saying; F:\ Access is denied. Even I try to open the pen drive by click on Open in the popup menu (Right-click then choose explore or open) the same message comes up.
How do I access my pen drive ?
Answer: If you didn't block pen drives access in your PC by yourself purposely (or by an Administrator) the reason isn't good, this happening because of a virus. That means your pen drive infected by a common pen drive virus.
Note: Actually You can block open pen drives in your PC, want to know how Ask PC Doctor.
When you try to open the pen drive the virus with autorun.ini file will be activate and show this message and will be infect your PC too.
To fix this problem first you should delete the autorun.ini and the virus file. This can be done using this free removal tool. To download the tool click on the Download button.
