Printer takes a long time to print

Im using this printer more than 1year. we are usually printing A4 & A3 papers.But now when we send a print command to printer it takes long(2 Minutes) time for start print job(only for A3 papers).Can you help me.

This issue may occur if you found one or more of following cases , please check them and correct.

Make sure the computer meets the minimum system requirements for the printer.
Make sure the printer driver you installed is correct.
Make sure that your PC is working without any hardware fault.
Make sure the data cable is functioning correctly.
Make sure the OS is functioning properly and reinstall the printer driver.
Check the size of the file which is going to print becasue large files such as pictures, pdf may take long time to print.
Check the print settings . Wrong settings may cause the delay.
Make sure that your pc has enough free harddisk space.
Do not going to print when you are working with many programs.
